Character and Integrity
The person who holds the seat on the Governor's Council District 2 should be of good moral character, have personal integrity, respect the laws of the Commonwealth and the citizens of District 2. The person should have experience and be dedicated and passionate to our judicial system.
Education and Experience
It would, in my opinion, be very important for our Governor's Council to have the necessary education and experience with our Judicial System to be an effective representative.
Check and Balance on the Governor
The main purpose of the Governor's Council is to protect the citizens from bad Judges (persons not suited). It is very important that the Councillor not just be a rubber stamp for the Governor. A Councillor should do a background investigation on the candidate and always vote with the interest of the citizens first.
